Yes, the documents you need is for Home Office to make sure the business is genuine and you need Authorising Officer, who will make sure the immigrant working in the company following all the guidelines & doing the job as per CoS.

Sir can we change our seasonal work visa into work permit before it's expire date.
Unfortunately, you cannot directly change a Seasonal Work Visa into a Work Permit in the UK. Which company you with on seasonal worker visa, as there is one company which let you go back home and issue you skilled worker visa to work full time in the UK.

You must not be in full-time work.
If you meet these criteria, you can apply for Carer's Allowance even if your parent's Disability Allowance is ending.
