- Northern Speed Time Attack. 8th Gen Honda Civic Si. I had my first event in 4 years in a completely different car. I battled ring rust, ABS failures and was learning a new chassis and got the car down to 1:21 at TMP in my second session.
240 hp. 2800 lbs. old RE71R tires.
I was starting to gain confidence that I would shave a couple more seconds off but mechanical issues ended the day at this point. I felt I had 2 more seconds in me easily.

It was pretty tough with no ABS and a real tendency to lock the fronts. Thanks though!
Good stuff! I managed a very slow 1:27.4 with my stock 8th gen civic

@@2THPWR theres a video on youtube of one of these cars with trofeo r’s running similar times. You’re definitely doing something right.
Is this the first outing for you with this car?
@@ModernWarfare924 first outing in 4 years, and first outing in a fwd. and this is about 20 minutes of seat time in the car that has failed ABS. The car failed completely after this and had to be retired.

Any plans on doing some track videos with the c6z?
@@ModernWarfare924 I took it to Grandbend as a shake down and was disappointed in the stopping power. So it needs brake pads and fluid and maybe a Dry sump upgrade.
Car looks oversprung or under damped, lot of bounce. What's the suspension setup?
It was. I’m not sure as I was just a guest driver on my second quick stint in this vid. They were making the rear softer for me.

That looks like a bumpy track! Can you dial in more dampening?
It definitely wasn’t set up for me. I was just testing it as an enduro car. This was about in the seat 20 mins total. My car is softer in general. Unfortunately my testing was cut short after this so this is as good as it got today.
