Step 2: Strike the "Heart" of the ball 1:27
Step 3: Extend leg, follow the strike through 2:03
Step 4: Head and knee over the ball 2:36
Step 5: Learn what technique works best for you 3:04
Step 6: Strike with the laces area 3:32

1. Do a run up with speed
2. If you are only focusing on power try to hit ball and shoot as hard as you can
3. Hit the ball in the center with your laces
