  • Wanted to try something new and see how much we want to check out third-party tools too. We have plenty of videos on how to do things the free way but some times there are reasons to use other tools.
This video is a start of exploring some of those third-party tools that people may use with M365 or SharePoint Online. Not only do we explore Plumsail but we also discuss Copilot and Microsoft Forms.
We use a Microsoft Form to retrieve data from the user then Power Automate is then used with Plumsail to create a Microsoft Word Document.
Plumsail Documents is a versatile tool that simplifies the creation, management, and automation of custom documents in workflows, seamlessly integrating with Microsoft Forms and Power Automate to streamline data capture and workflow triggers. By using Plumsail with MS Forms, users can easily collect data through forms and then automatically generate personalized documents like contracts, reports, or certificates. Leveraging Power Automate, Plumsail actions can be configured to trigger document generation, distribution, and storage processes, significantly reducing manual work and ensuring efficient, error-free document workflows.
