Communication goes a long way for me. The updates have been great and makes it easy to be patient. The extra gift is a really nice gesture and its really appreciated. As a company, I think you guys are handling the delay as well as possible. Especially with the ability to change the color to those of us that only had black as an option way back when we pre ordered. This is how you keep your customers loyal!
Picked up a refurbished BTOD Lamia chair (Leap v2 frame with Amia seat cushion since I'm 6'5") and originally didn't think I would miss a headrest this much. I am so glad I found this product since the last 2 headrests I have tried to fit to my leap v2 frame are too short and end up hitting me in the low neck. The range of motion on this height-wise looks amazing and can't wait to try it out when they ship preorders in July.

Hello there! Unfortunately not. Since we are on a tight schedule to fulfill all orders on time, we can't bundle the headrest with the chair yet. Once all pre-orders are delivered, we might be able to offer the headrest with the chair as a discounted bundle.

@@OfficeLogixShop I take it that means Steelcase makes two blue colors? I have a BTOD chair too, and was leaning toward just sticking with black because I wasn't sure the colors would match. Since the rest of the chair is black, it might look good (like a black roof on a colored car).
