High Protein recipe using curdled milk - Chilli Garlic Cheese Spread

1 & 1/2 litre Curdled milk (Approx)
2 Cubes of Cheese
2 tbsp Milk or Cream
1 Garlic (roast it with oil & salt)
Salt , Pepper & Chilli Flakes
All you got to do is blend everything up !!
