This guy is a champion because he's so fucking unrepressed. It's as if he is detached from any negativity towards him, and lives his life expressing his passion for living it. You've got to be a down-in-the-dumps loser if you can't recognize the fucking energy level this guy is on; the one are you aren't on - a fantastic love of life and music, while you're reluctantly working a job you hate.

Me encanta su voz en las versiones de estudio pero en vivo me decepciona, se cansa, se ahoga y hasta pareciera ser que es una tortura para el cantar.
Nah simplemente lo está sintiendo de verdad y es extenuante cantar durante tanto tiempo,no solo cantó una canción en ese evento
Equivocado imagino estar en un evento de más de 1 hora cantando en vivo, el esfuerzo vocal es exagerado no solo interpreta un tema, además de que no sabes en qué condiciones se encuentra su vos un resfriado, cansancio vocal, laringitis no es lo mismo un studio que grabas 1 pista por noche o por semanas a cantarlas en vivo. +logan I love Perfume Genius, do you know what instruments he plays? I mean I see he get called a 'multi-instrumentalist' a lot (It was even mentioned in his needle drop review), but I've only ever seen him play piano...any ideas?
TheThingsThat IDo Not much personnel gets on to his records besides Mike Hadreas, meaning he's the one who does most of the playing (and writing) on his records. I'm not going to list out all of the instruments on his records, but I can assure you that there was more than just a piano (Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins played everything on Siamese Dream, but we only see him playing guitar and singing on stage). There would most likely be more info on cd/vinyl inserts as finding information online is pretty difficult. I don't have very many reliable sources on this one, but regardless, Mike is a really solid songwriter and musician in this modern "indiesphere."
