I just love him
I love him even more now.
I love this interview. I’ve rewatched it multiple times since finding it some time ago
I had that PJ Harvey album on cassette tape at 13 at the beginning of my first year in jr high... he captured my same thoughts about it 😊 especially at such a delicate and pivotal time in my adolescence.
A brilliant record.
Mike is just so incredibly talented. I'm glad I discovered your channel. Great video, keep it up!
TheBalls we love the part when he is discussing PJ Harvey
Mike Buddy!!!! You have reached the pinnacle of your dream!!!! "No Shape" blows P.J.Harvey and Low (maybe) away!!!! Keep going, don't stop, you're a fucking genius!!! While they're burning the dean's list. Touche, torch upon torch, curse against curse, no one ever relies on brilliance only after it's due!!!! We are your crew!!!!!!
He is an unstoppable badass!
he is the best guy
I just love him ....🤩
I don't find men attractive but if I had a boyfriend I'd want it to be this guy. I love this personality.
Mike Hadreas was one of the most charming people we've interviewed in this series, very honest and rather funny in real life too!
I am a straight man and I concur
I had completely forgotten about Low - "Sunflower" until this prompted me to go re-listen. Thank you!
I love his music!
He is fantastic My favorite artist My favorite Song is slip away i Would like To meet him . When Will he do a show in italy?
I can totally see the PJ Harvey influence, now that I see this
after listening to his last record I would have bet on Kate Bush. Anyway Spirit of Eden is an awesome choice.
Wow, i really love Mike's music but i had no idea his influences would align with mine like that. That exact PJ Harvey record, that exact Low (who picks Trust besides us? so weird). I met Alan Sparhawk after a show one time and got to tell him Trust was the best- he was a little high, but i could tell he was a bit surprised. Spirit of Eden is my Favorite Talk Talk too, while Stars of the Lid all i really know is Tired Sounds of from 2001 or so, but i do love that one and what he said about them is lovely.
Great taste. To Bring You My Love is really the it album
Mikey, I love your music and I'm probably a little in love with you, but Stars of the Lid are constantly going beautiful, whatchu talkin bout baby
really called him "mike haderas"
The two little bows at the start are too much 😂
Those are all such solid records. 🔥 Figure Mike had best taste
oh men, i was hoping they gave album names
Jovanna Mariet I believe he mentions all the titles?
***** Sorry I wasn't specific enough, but word names of the album will suffice. I just couldn't understand him no matter how much I increase the volume or quality....
Jovanna Mariet Did you try northerntransmissions.com. sometimes they are listed on my favourite five :)
Jovanna Mariet
1. Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden
2. Patti Smith - Horses
3. Low - Trust (He states that his actual favourite Low album is Things We Lost in the Fire, tho)
4. A Winged Victory For The Sullen - ATOMOS
5. PJ Harvey - To Bring You My Love.

Gabriel Finlay all great albums, Talk Talk is quite amazing.
I am so predictable: Just started obsessing over PG, and it turns out that we love the same music. Welcome to my echo chamber.
I thought he was going to pull some Jobriath because he reminds me of him!
Tamara Klüver Its like you read my mind 11 months ago.
haderas?
that phone ring at the beginning trolled me so bad
😳💥🤣
Hi.don"t know what hi doooo.... 💖💥💢💌🌻😀
He said Toc Toc Spirit of England. I cant find it anywhere online. Anyone have a link of their stuff?
Look for "Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden" you will find it. A classic 80's album.
Sweet thanks!
no problem!
Can I get the list of the records. Can't really hear the artist or titles of records clearly.
+nchlsmtt 1. Talk Talk - Spirit of Eden

patty heffley thank you
hes so fucking funny 😂
Oh well.
Don't you know me?
I guess PJ Harvey would be scary to a child.
It's pretty obvious he's a PJ Harvey fan. Especially after you listen to his last album. There's a couple of tracks that clearly rip off PJ. I'm not shaming him for that.
