- This is my MaxRewards app review. Is it the best credit card app? MaxRewards will optimize your credit card reward experience. This app will allow you to consolidate all of your credit cards into one place.
The app acts as a digital wallet and can help you
- Activate bonus categories and card-linked offers in your sleep
- Maximize credit card benefits with personalized advice
- Manage all of your credit cards and credit scores in one app
Personally, I love how MaxRewards consolidates all of my credit card information in one place and allows me to look at transactions, benefits, rewards, etc. at one time.

I have seen this advertised by other youtubers, but no one has truly dived into it like this! Thank you for this Chase, I think I am going to look into this further!
How's it Jacob! 🤙🏼 Thank you man. I appreciate you stopping by 👍🏼
Super well done video. Great content. Solid delivery. And made me watch Al the way through. Keep it up!
Hahah Thank you Billy! 🙏🏼 🤙🏼 I appreciate you for watching the whole thing. Those are 13 minutes you'll never get back haha.
I’ve seen this advertised on my channels but you definitely made me feel more secure linking all my cards to it! I will definitely use your code and follow up at the end of the trial to give you my feedback!! Thanks for the amazing content 👏🏾
Thank you Carter! 🙏🏽
I usually go into every single one of my apps to check dates and rewards lol. Seems pretty structured and easy to use! Thanks for that detailed presentation I'll def use that link and check it out... Thanks Chase 👊🏽
Ya that's what I used to do too. 🤷🏼♀️ nothing wrong with it but it just takes a little while longer. Thank you Mike so much! 🙏🏼 Please let me know how you like it!
Is the app free?
I've heard about this app but never knew it did all of this. Great video breaking down the features!
Thank you Jonathan! 🙏🏽 It can be quite useful.
This is what I was looking for thank you!!!!!!
Thank you!
Nice. A sponsor! I’ll definitely check out the app through your referral. Sounds very convenient. Also, I have 6 credit cards & I called customer support to make sure that the bill date is all on the same date each month (19th). Just makes it a little easier for me to ensure I’ll have enough to cover the autopay
Hahah yaaaa 👍🏼 hopefully first of many. Gotta hit up Raid Shadow Legends lmao. 😂 But thank you! Let me know how you like it. I am sure you can see a difference with 6 cards.
This looks amazing. Having all the transactions, rewards, and credit score in one app is amazing
Totally agree! It really is helpful. Thank you for watching! 👋🏽
@@ChaseYokoyama Do you think the paid version is worth it?
@@OtherKindsofMoney Personally I will be giving it a try to see if I get real use value from it. But if I see myself not taking advantage of it I will give and update and say why it's not worth it for me.
struggling just to create user and password is not easy at all so I’m going to look for another app
This app is really cool and helpful, Chase.
It really is! I hope other people can make use of it as well.
Does it track close dates so we know when I can reapply?
Liked your comprehensive review. Looks good and will likely start with the free version. One question - do they take a portion of the rewards or promotional savings? I thought I read it somewhere, but do not see a confirmation.
Thank you for watching. they do not take any of your rewards of points.
Major sync problems
will maxreward active the offer that match the card, example, amex gold has dine X time point, if you have three different card with amex, will maxreward find out which offer is good for which card , since you can't active the same offer for all three cards. and once you active the offer , you can't remove it.
Honestly I have no idea. That's a good question and never thought about that. I know exactly what you are talking about though. Recently I activated a marriott offer on my gold card and got the same offer on my platinum card. But couldnt switch it or activate it on my platinum 😦 Sorry I couldn't help on this one.
Nope. Not until they get issue connecting with chase resolved
I was putting the info of my capital one card and I got an email saying that I had sign in on another device, apple device which I don't have, is this app still secure?
From what I am aware of, they are secure. Again, I only have my personal experience and public information that I see. It might be some sort of API or technological issue that is above my head. But here is what Maxrewards says about their security on the app. maxrewards.co/security/
This app looks really cool and helpful!
Same to you! 👀
How can we link our Apple credit card to this app?
Every time I log in it cannot find my card…
Hmmm have you tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it again? I know when you add it you have to get the 2 step verification code every time you want to refresh it.
I figured it out finally !! Had to change up how I entered in my ID info and it finally connected/ registered that there is a card connected to my Apple ID :)
@@miamayamo Ahhh PERFECT! 👏🏽 Im glad it all worked out. Nicely done.
Does this work for business cards?
I believe it does if its on your chase account. Especially if your business card is on the same chase account as your personals.
the choose your own price is minimum of $5 a month if you commit to a year, $9 a month otherwise, if it were a dollar id do it but $5?, nah
ya $1 a day would be more affordable
He never hinted on how to cancel the gold membership
you can do so in the app pretty easily
X1 isnt working
sorry about that. hopefully they are able to resolve that connection soon.
Does anyone know if the "FICO" scores on the app are the actual Fico 8 scores?
Max Rewards pulls credit scores from the credit card companies. So the score would be dependent on what that specific company uses. For example, Amex uses FICO scores while Chase uses Vantage 3.0
Is this a secured app? Putting all your information in one app
Very good question and a serious concern. Max Rewards uses "bank-level 256-bit encryption to transfer and store information." They also do other things such as storing data on servers protected by physical security, never storing sensitive information on the app, using a different encryption key per user, and never selling your data. They list these security features here: maxrewards.co/security/
@@ChaseYokoyama you’re the best! Thanks for your due diligence!!
@@callmeNeno anytime! i was worried about that as well
How much?
?
The free version is pretty useless. The Gold is the only interesting part of the app. And the Gold version is pretty expensive.
Ya the gold version is better. I also wish the monthly fee could be more affordable ☹.
Yes, if you have 2FA on for any of your linked credit cards/accounts there is an additional step you must take whenever you MANUALLY sync your accounts on MaxRewards. You basically have to go through the 2FA verification process (not the actual logging in with your username and password). It can be a pain, but most 3rd party apps like Mint.com require you to do this as well.
