I agree. They are pricing a ton of people out the market. Most people don't even have pensions anymore.
It's not "they." It's the market and demographics and appeal of FL vs failing northeastern high tax, high crime states.
For the quality of this type home should start at 1 million for unincorporated Boca. Have driven this neighborhood and feel the lot sizes are just too tight. Sign of the times…

Florida has remained a great choice for so many. The north has snow storms, the west has brush fires, we have hurricanes but we all manage to move forward.
The news does make it seem the entire state is ruined like they do every hurricane but fortunately most of the state was not affected in a major way aside from some rain (which is pretty common for us). The parts of Florida that were damaged were severely damaged and so devastated, it's really heart breaking. The rest of Florida is trying to assist them in anyway we can. Thanks for watching ☀️ 🌴
