Lotus Palm area is a dump, surrounding Glades ave not pretty. GL homes will have to lower prices to pre- pandemic numbers to see any sought of traction. Personally, I wouldn't buy there even with price reduction.
We are running out of buildable land here in South Florida. These builders are grabbing up all the vacant golf courses and farms to build. South Florida will always be a Real Estate hot spot....Location Location Location.
@@StephenOnTV I agree with location, location, location. Just not this location for Lotus Palm. It borders Broward county, in order to get into the development you must pass (one way in, one way out) older homes at lower price points built many years ago and not well maintained. Just east of the entrance is the turnpike with poor maintained shopping areas, yuck. Better values elsewhere.
