I use the Piano Display on a track with the volume turned off(not muted) then i send my piano track to that track, it's like synthesia but even better, it shows on the keys what each note is when you press them. One thing i still need to learn is how to control midi velocity with my mod wheel on my midi keyboard. then what you do i guess is record again over your string section and just use the mod wheel and it adjusts the velocity.
Great video. I’ve been checking these out for a few days already and I’m liking them a lot. I love your idea of having the vu meter on the mixer. My only issue is that holding shift and left clicking isn’t doing anything? What am I doing wrong?

There may be some options in midi editor preferences, but I'm not much of an midi user. I can take a look a bit later though you'll likely get a faster answer on the Discord server, it seems the midi-centric users outnumber me there 😁

It's just because it's not "signed," it's perfectly safe. You should be able to tell your browser to keep the file, or set and exclusion of it's your antivirus blocking it
