When I lived in Honduras, we lived on tortillas. We ate tortillas at least 4 times a week, and it was there that I learned how to make tortillas. However, when I returned to the UK, I took a lonnng break from making this type of tortillas. 😊
But during the early parts of the Covid-19 lockdown, I started craving corn tortillas again. So, I’m back to making corn tortillas. The flour is gluten free, so, hopefully most people will be able to enjoy this.

1 Cup Lukewarm Water
Salt to taste
