I’m fortunate enough to have sat in your chair and experienced firsthand how magical and gentle you are with hair. It’s SO HARD to find other stylists that also specialize in hair CARE, and that don’t mind sharing their knowledge. Thank you for reminding other stylists that clients see the results of their hair treatment over time. Thank you so much for your contribution to the hair care industry! Im a witness that with you...it’s Deeper than hair! 💜 @wawafrank

Jocelyn Coleman That’s really unfortunate because I live in Philly and wanted to make an appointment with HER. Her shop is still in Philly but I read some not so hot reviews. Every stylist is not created equal. I wanted this lady to do my hair and nobody else. Oh well 😔.
I tried that technique for the first time on my daughter's hair last night. It took a little longer than the comb attachment, but it came out beautifully and she did not lose one strand of hair! I think I will continue to use this style of blow drying. Thanks!

I just love how gentle you are with your clients hair, even when the video is sped up you can tell. Unlike some other stylists, you actually care about the health of the hair and not just the style. I wish you were in my area!
I'm white with straight hair, I'm not a hairdresser but I love watching your videos! They are so relaxing! I love black people's hair - it's so thick and FULL of volume and bounce and the natural colour - absolutely beautiful!

this is a great tutorial simply because you show us what you're doing in real time. A lot of tutorials do way too much cutting so we as the viewer don't understand how mic time it actually takes to achieve the task at hand. I also appreciate you breaking things down - you assumed the viewer didn't even know what a concentrator was. That's the sign of a good teacher. ☺️
Hi I just discovered your channel. You do beautiful work. You treat her hair so respectfully. I cringe when I watch how brutally some of the stylists on CZcams handle their clients’ hair. I am from Philly, but haven’t lived there for over 25 years. My hair has been natural since 2000, and I just let it air dry. But I am ready for a change to take better care if it. I have a sister in NJ and and old college buddy in Philadelphia. I am intrigued by the silk press technique. I still have bald spots from chemical relaxers from 2000 when I did it myself. I am glad you will accessible to me when I visit in the spring. I will be sure to make an appointment to see you. I am in SW Michigan now and I have not seen ANYONE in person with a silk press.
You are one of the few tutorial channels I can actually sit and watch no matter how long the video is. You don't do too much talking and get right to it and stay on point. I also love ur voice and personality 😍😍😍
Exactly... I’ve been natural my entire life, in my 30s now. I’ve always had my hair pressed out from hot combs, electrical flat irons and the stove flat iron and never experienced heat damage. That was until I went to a shop just recently and ended up with massive damage where I had to cut about 6/7 inches off. FML for being lazy and not wanting to do my own hair for once.
You are always right on time with your videos! Great advice throughout. Im sooo ready for part 2! Much appreciated. I would love one of those blow dryers!!!!
I’m tapering off a highly addictive medication & was having a rough week. Your videos brought some relief & your beautiful spirit even managed to make me smile. Thank you 🙏🏼❤️
