    It is not easy to keep the leg in the front at 90° angle. I tried.

    Excellent stretch, and the angle is not something I'm used to seeing....very interesting to cross the knee underneath.

      .....although I must confess, I initially turned my head because Jill is so beautiful.
      ( Sorry....I cannot tell a lie! )
      Of course, then I saw she gives excellent, practical advise for pre & post workout flexibility & injury avoidance.
      This is especially important for those of us who continue productive, injury-free weightlifting North of 50....
