Dream Shop Build 30x30 - Accent Exterior Lighting!

A building isn't complete without some fancy exterior lighting. Here we will be running wiring, cutting holes in the soffits, installing the J Boxes and finally, plug them in and flipping the switch.
I am extremely happy with how these turned out so much so, that I would run down to the barn to turn them on and run back at night to turn them off!
Here is a list of tools I used, or something similar, while running my electrical.
A multimeter is an essential tool for working with electricity to prevent shocking yourself and should be used to check circuits aren't live before working on them. I listed the Multimeter I use (Fluke) but I know this is expensive so I also listed a more budget friendly one.

This is great! My wife and I just recently walked by a shop in our neighbourhood that had these exterior lights, and I told her ‘when I get a shop, I’m gonna install lights like that’. Looks like we’re on the same page! I like it, and the use of a smart switch to control them automatically.

Yes they look really nice. I also added them to my house too along with a smart switch
My only complaint is the google app doesnt have a dusk/dawn setting. Or, not that i have found atleast!
Add them you wont regret it!

Interesting looks like that garage had or was originally made up to have two doors in it, a small one on the right from the looks of that header that got framed in later.

Just two windows! Would have been sweet to have 2 doors though although the wall space is nice too!
