and the journey continues working on my pedals how well they're holding up I'm very impressed and even more design changes this project is never ending but it's great fun.
Thankyou and glad it entertained you. It sure is entertaining me. my goal is to make pedal that requires minimal skill to make DIY and are safe! i've just found a solution to the tapping of threads in the Pedals for studs as seen in video. Finally now for the pedals into the hanger bracket with some pre made parts from aliexpress. even at 1.5kgs (3kg)on my Sherman i don't notice the pedal weight at all.
@@jc84com EUC design seems at times to be 2 steps forward and one step back. By the time they have the bugs sorted on one wheel it has been superseded by the next. Then the cycle repeats. Your T4 battery protectors/stand/grab bar was way better than the Extremes.
On the pedals I use 100% infill. PETG become brittle and shatters so I abandoned that material. ABs seemed the best. I'm using PLA now however the pedals are all laser cut steel, so the plastic is only cover plates and fillers so the plastic is all non structural Nylon is expensive and I never had much success in printing..I'll have to retry.
It's cool to see you iterate on these designs.
It’s always good to see what Creative EUC mods your working on Bloke, I find it very inspirational, well done and thanks for sharing.
I'm 2 versions ahead of this one and have title adjustments now.
@@jc84com I’ll check it out
Wow, that is a lot of work to end up with pedals weighing 2x more than current stock ones (and 4x Nylonove ones). But I admire your industriousness.

@@AJames-jr8kw soon to be a promo video on the T4 roll cage handle. Hopefully by next week
The v11 sliders you made, would you be able to print them and sell them to me, as i don’t have access to a 3d printer?
Hey, very nice work man ! Did you give nylon a chance ? What kind of infill and % of infill you're using ? Thanks a lot !
