Is that writing on the Russian tube in Cyrillic or Latin characters?
I suspect it’s all in Russian.
If so then it’s actually: 6N8S and not really 6H8C
That might or might not help in searching for more.

I have been cheking the 6N8p datasheet and my conclusion Is the Chinese equivalent for 6H8c

Yeah, you're right. Every Russian tube has Cyrillic caracters.
