I was getting hailstoned in the face on Montrose beach yesterday. Sand blasted too lol. I love steam trains. York museum is well worth a visit. Seeing Mallard in the "flesh" is well worth it. I coped a feel lol Happy that these amazing metal beasts are being preserved. I wonder if McDonald's existed when those trains entered service?
I've lived in the Borders now for almost 14 years, It's been one of the dampest though relativly mild winters, and one of the coolest Springs I can remember . Meanwhile in places like Dawyck Botanic gardens Rhodedendrums have all bloomed early and the Daffs are still going, really weird.
To attract this much attention by even what looks like all the Old Fisherman to be out, this must be very unusual. Is the Sea Levels getting Higher, or are Coastal Towns Sinking? They will also be worried about thier Boats, normally they would have protection over the side to prevent hitting the walls, any more Fresh Winds, they would go right up on the Dock damaging the bottom. Would be interesting to know if any part of Arbroath shows signs of Sinking. The McManus showed signs of sinking Years ago now connected to old waterways that run under the town center.

Ha ha , don’t think McDonalds was here until the 80’s . Think Dundee was the first one in Scotland.

We seem to be getting higher and higher spring tides every year now and certainly a lot more storms . Nothing sinking yet as far as I’m aware 🤣
