+THISGUY i am not fluent. I can not read and write well. I can read basic words but I can't fully understand a newspaper. My writing is bad. I use phonetic spelling from just memory or guessing. I can not put the tonal marks properly because i dont know how to do it on my computer so I copy and paste and i also don't know enough to write.. my speaking is best then listening then reading and writing is far far last.
