I get your angle as a real estate agent, however, unfortunately the city of Bella Vista is run in part by the POA (property owners association) with ALL property owners paying a monthly POA fee, the amenities also come with rules/regulations membership fees etc. So for anyone thinking of moving here do your homework/research so you won't be one of the many new unhappy residents who are angry about the citys' set-up.
Love to move there someday in Bella Vista. Love your video presentation Man.

The land is cheap here, I just wish it was closer to Rogers. But the landscape is beautiful, does it have and downtown area?
Walmart in Pineville Mo is really close to most of Bella Vista and closer than Rogers. Great video. Definitely a place for cyclists of all types (road, gravel, mtb).
Yeah definitely! The Walmart in Bentonville might even be closer than the one in Pineville. We definitely don’t have a shortage of Walmarts! Haha!

Don't do it. It you buy a home here, they will put a mountain biking trail right through YOUR back yard. You'll be part of the tourist attraction.

I desperately want to move to Bella Vista - it’s my favorite town in the area. However, I’m not in a place to buy a house right now and haven’t been able to find any apartments around BV. Are there any other towns in NWA that offer the seclusion of BV with a bit more rental options?

Checking into Bella vista. You can seriously get a third acre for $10k or less??
Yes, with a major slope. The whole town is sloping lots, very difficult to find any remotely flat. Limits the size of home you can build to about 1800 sq. Ft. Neighbors are right on top of you, even though there’s woods. If you sit on your patio, deck or porch- the whole street can hear your conversation and vise versa.
