I am a member of "in it"...pancakes with fruit in it, muffins with fruit in it. Yum, yum. Also, I'm a 'jam person', basically because jellies don't spread as nicely on toast. The banter between the two of you while you waited for your pancakes was so entertaining...sometimes serious, sometimes so funny. And, Matt, calling your pancakes a 'vehicle' was brilliant, I would never have thought of using that word, but it makes sense. And lastly, I was upset at a comment (or, maybe it was two) by one of your subscribers complaining that Stacy talked with her mouth full. That's a bunch of crock!
The comment insinuates rudeness and lack of manners, but Stacy shows nothing but finesse. Stacy was not at all rude, but the subscriber was.

That is our favorite pancake place! Oh yes, they are one of few that actually put the fruit inside the pancake batter, which I prefer too! I don’t like when they put on top or that pie fruit filling, yuk! Great review! 😊

That place looks awesome! I like blueberries in the pancakes. Never liked fruit on top. Love y'alls videos. Y'all should try Mama's Chicken Kitchen. It's so good and never crowded when we have been.

We like little house of Pancakes. Not our favorite but they are good. They are way better than most Pancake restaurants though. Applewood Farmhouse use to be top notch but not as good since Covid.
What's your favorite? Maybe we'll give them a try!

Hey Rays! I'm team In The Pancake or waffle. Butter, Parkay, Butter, Parkay, Butter! You're probably to young for that commercial, but I had to do it. I'm a butter person! I prefer jam, as it has bits of real fruit! Jelly is made with real fruit but strained. I'll eat both though! 😂 I love hot buttered toast with jam in the morning with a Denver Omelet. I prefer Belgian waffles, (or Eggo waffles if I'm being lazy! 😂). Pancakes are a close second, but I prefer silver dollar pancakes in my late 50's. I hate to waste food and 3 large pancakes are just way to much! You'll find as you age, that you can only eat small portions. Maybe that's just me though, 😂!

I was about to write you about this place because I’ve just watched the goats. 😀. Some locals told me this was where to eat, and I wanted your opinion. I guess I’m getting it, and I like things cooked in the pancakes, but not the waffles. Also, I like preserves over jelly, or jam!

Real butter only at my house and I always have a stick of butter on my counter to soften. Stays out all week until used up.

There's nothing wrong with butter! It's made with real cream. It's a lie made up by the folks that make margrine! 😢 My grandparents and great grandparents all lived till their late 80's and 90's. My parents lived less by 20 years. You only need look at our food chain to know that all the preservitaves aren't good for us. Many cause cancer. Especially some artificial sweetners and preservatives. I'm coping with cancer and it is one of the first things the dietician says! ❤

did the pancakes have crusty edges? I love the homemade crasty edge pancakes. I was up in that area not long ago. The place we ate at was good, but the pancakes were not crusty. It take an art "so to speak of" to get crusty edges and not burn panckes..... That county ham looked good.
It's been a while since we filmed this but says he believes these had the crispy edges but I just can't recall! I will say that they were AWESOME though! Thanks for watching and commenting!

We both work fulltime jobs outside of this channel. We live in Louisville KY. Around 4 hours or so from the Smokies.
