I thoroughly enjoyed the 'family video'. Especially at the end when Lily was getting ready to leave. Matt and Stacy, you're a great (aunt and uncle?) -- you treated Lily like her opinions meant something. So many adults don't do that to their children, and when they grow up they're afraid to have opinions about anything. The food looked delish and I got a good laugh at the look on Stacy's face when Matt tricked her into trying a really hot chip.

All the Mexican food from El Rodeo Grande looks fresh and fantastic. It is nice that your family joins in on the video and they are so sweet.. Those fresh flour tortilla chips look good. I have never seen them before. The pineapple & chicken entree looks good. Even though Stacy's meal was a simple dish, it looks so tasty. I would get it for sure. Matt's meal had everything in it and it looked good too. Wow, that was a lot of food. Good that you were able to finish it.

I like Prestonsburg but it is tough to find some place to eat there. It is about an hour drive from where we live in Ohio and we are already figuring out when we can go try this place
Yes, lots of places have closed but it seems new things are coming as well. We definitely recommend this place!
