Am I the only one who didn’t realize that Candiace and Robyn were ever that “close” to begin with? Even Robyn herself has never acknowledged Candiace to be a close friend of hers.
Candiace is an amazing housewife, and person! I find it triggering and ridiculous when people hound on her for responding to the egregious amount of gaslighting and lies that she is bombarded with! One of the real MVP’s on the show!
This was a great interview. You can tell Angela was familiar with the show and history and I learned a lot more about Candiace. She is doing big things
I’ve liked Candiace since she first joined in season 3 so it’s so nice to see people finally start to see what I’ve been seeing in her - she’s a beautiful, eloquent, passionate, spunky fun girl! Does she have her shortcomings, absolutely, but she’s a great housewife. I love seeing her on Hush too on BLK and she has a phenomenal voice! Great interview Candy girl ❤
Carlos King theorized that Candiace is being pushed out by production and I believe it. It's kinda obvious now. Why production turns on its talent is a mystery to me, they're doing a disservice to the show. Gizelle is in koohoots with production and they accommodate her. Whomever she hates, that's who production targets and it's such a shame that that's how they operate.
I totally agree with you, Candiace is definitely the talent, she’s the cast member that has a lot going on outside the show, it seems bravo would promote her even more like a cash cow. Unfortunately it has been said that Gizelle is friends with some of production and that they actually go out to eat and other places together.
Perhaps Candace shouldn’t say the hateful things she say such as, G looks like a white woman in a negative way… it is not ok!!! Considering she is married to a white man, her kids will look more like G than they do her!!!
It’s ok they can because if you watch everyone they push off the shows goes down they’re never the same. And if you also look they get better gigs. They’re on better shies then shows with dm drama.

It’s evident production hates Kenya and Candace. Why don’t they show pivotal moments they showed the passing tribute for Teresa’s mother back in New Jersey, season 9 (I think or S10) why not Candiace’s tribute for Karen’s Mother? Like this is the content we want to see aswell as the wealth I loved the dinner and the setting.
They always show a side to them they believe is fitting for a black woman. They cannot do it to Garcelle because it will be too obvious since most of the cast are white women. They find them intimidating so they feel compelled to put them in what they believe is their place.
Probably because the stress of the show, the stress of the crimes and stress of her children fighting gave her an early death. The least Bravo could do.

This interview is a great example of someone who is displaying areas of growth. Hopefully no one has an issue with her after this. She's speaking her truth. Others can choose to do the same. Wishing her continued success in life, marriage, entertainment, and her journey to become a mom.

I love Candace but sometimes her feelings are not fact as much as she believes they are. She said “protect the marriage first” but then is mad that Robyn did that in not bringing up a struggle in her marriage on the show.
