From growing up in an area plagued by poverty to overcoming hurdles in her education, she emerged as a young thinker who pondered her purpose and sought to make a difference. Her experience working in the tourism sector and her introspective approach to self-discovery played pivotal roles in shaping her path towards entrepreneurship.
The establishment of Entoto Beth Artisan not only marked a new chapter in Bethlehem's life but also the lives of countless women. From a small group of 120 HIV-positive women seeking refuge, the enterprise has grown to provide work opportunities for over 250 individuals, with a significant majority being women.

ይህ ያምላክ ስጦታነው ስለጠንካሮቹ ሐኒና ሳሚ እውነትም የጀርባ አጥንቶች ናቸው እግዛብሔር በሁሉም ይቅደምላችሁ
እጅግ በጣም የምትገርም እና ደስ የምትል ሰው ናት። ስለእውነት እንደሷ አይነት አመለካከት ያለን ሰዎች እየጠፋን ነው ብዬ አስብ ነበረ.... ነገር ግን አሁን ተስፋ እንዳልቆርጥ ሆኛለሁ። በጣም ጥሩ ቆይታ ነበረ እናመሰግናለን መሪ ፖድካስቶች እንኳንም እንግዳ አደረጋችኋት።
ምስክር ነኝ እኔ እንጦጦ ጋላሪ በጣም የሚያምር ነው ኢትዮጵያ ሄጆ በጣም ተደስቼ ከመጣሁባቸው ቦታዎች አንዱ ነው ሬስቶራንት ፒዛ ቤት ኮፊ ቤት ሁሉን ያካተተ ነው ሰው ስቀጥር ሁሌ እዛ ነበር
እናመሰግናለን መሪዎች ስላቀረባችሁልን የህይወት ልምዶን ስላካፈለችን
ትልልቅ ሕልሞችን አልም! ምንም ገደብ እንደሌለህ አድርገህ አስብና ምን ሊሆን እንደሚችል ከመወሰንህ በፊት ትክክለኛውን ነገር ወስን። - ቤተልሔም

A good episode but I think you could've used more practical and grounded questions, just like you usually ask. This episode was a little too conceptual for my liking. These interviews are where we come to learn the ins and outs of the "Meri". Thus, the actionable info is invaluable.

Most of the questions seemed like a gentle jab while the responses were mainly self-serving .
I think she skillfully avoided, addressing the question concerning wealth, distribution in her company, specifically in terms of employee compensation . back in the days we used to call people like this” pseudo-socialists”
