This is what i don't understand, like give mari adrien life instead but make her still ladybug. It would make way more sense for her to be the main chacator like her life being unlucky but then she becomes lucky when she is ladybug. It would make mlb world make sense, since ladybug and cat miraculous r suppose to be equal. So adrien having a good life but then some bad luck and mari having a bad life but then good luck.

THIS! a good amount of the plot revolves around the Agreste family and Adrien's life just seems a lot more interesting than Marinettes. I hope in season 4, we have more Adrien focused episodes.
Unless he develops and becomes less passive I can't see Adrien centric episodes as interesting. He's just the same old oh woe is me Ladybug can't love meeee both characters need equal development not just one & he has had episodes about himself actually.
Sorry to disappoint you, but we don’t, unless you count Lies which is pretty much for reusing animation, and Chat... nope, he’s mostly (as usual) either sacrificing himself for Ladybug or getting attacked by the villain and having no actual use for the battle or the episode except being Marinette’s love interest, which is pretty boring, if you ask me. If they add another video of no Chat, I swear I’m gonna stop watching the series unless he plays a important role (or Kagami, Chloe as nice, Zoe and Chloe, or Alix)
I came from the future and its seriously horrible! The one time Adrien gets recognition is at the ep "Lies" then after that ep the upcoming episodes barely even show Adrien, (SPOILER) after mari told alya That she was ladybug it made chat noir Look useless BC remember when Ladybug said "You know your the best kitty noir ever" "You already know your the best partner" "Chat noir, You're irreplaceable" sis was just clowning him, Tbh I think mari is a hypocrite, Now that she told Alya she's ladybug she basically replaced the chat and ladybug duo because mostly all of the episodes in s4 (at the moment) Focuses more on Rena and Ladybug being duos, Chat noir doesn't even look like a Main character anymore, he has less screentime as Adrien and as Chat, They made him look useless, Even carapace looked more useful than chat ! Rena rouge ,ladybug and carapace are basically the new trio now at the ep Optygami, honestly I know Thomas hates Adrien , that's probably why he doesn't give Adrien screen time and when he does, he gives him a useless scene :/

Adrien's life is like super sad like he lost his mother and in the past he only had Chloe and when you look at Marinette she has a happy life compared to Adrien. Plus Adrien is super kind so he's my fav character.

Right now Astruc is being more favourable to the females in the series, and dismissing the male characters into their stereotypes. Not that he really elaborated much on the females, but still it's a lot more then his mediocre characterisation of the male characters. This includes Adrien/Chat Noir, Luka, Gabriel, Nino, Nathaniel etc.

Yeah, and because ladybug has the lucky charm hence good luck she is the only one who can take away his bad luck. I know a lot of fans don’t like the idea of a cold, snobbish Adrien, I actually think that version would be really interesting because 1) Felix has his own goal in trying to get Ladybug to kiss him, and bad luck and stuff. Plus his alter ego is a black cat- the symbol for bad luck lol 2) Adrien is… a little too perfect. We mainly see him through Marinette’s eyes, therefore we only see the good parts but not any flaws. Perfect character syndrome is a thing. He’s so nice, almost too nice. But we don’t really know where he gets these qualities from considering his family isn’t the nicest, and we don’t know much about Emilie.

Three characters who actually deserved the spot light was Adrian, Chloe and Kagami.
Chloe should have got the redemption arc to become the nice girl she was. Considering that she has the worst parents in the show it would be more inspirational.
Kagami should have had an arc where she deals with her strict upbringing.
Adrien fighting his own father to save Paris.
It's a pity that the show doesn't tap into the potential of these characters

I'm fine with Marinette being the main character because I think it's cool that the writers wanted a female superhero protagonist for the younger girls watching the show, but I do agree that her and Adrien's screentime should have been a lot more balanced. Marinette can still have a little more screentime, that's fine, but I think the issue is that Marinette didn't really have enough going on, so after a while her plotlines started getting really repetitive, while Adrian, who has a lot of interesting stuff going on to talk about, never really got talked about it all. I think this is why a lot of fans started to hate Marinette for a while there. She is a really fun and nice character, but when the plot lines got too repetitive, it got really annoying and I guess fans were starting to get tired of her. If Marinette was the major focus of the show (getting like 55-70% of narrative focus), but Adrian got like 30-45% of the focus instead of just like 8%, it would have kept the show feeling more interesting, espcially since Adrien has such an interesting life and background.

Is it just me, or does female character are better treated in the case of writing than the male character (not all female character for example Chloe). I mean for example Adrien and Chat Noir (you did a great video at this point) or Nino, he is Adrien`s best friend and we still don`t who his parents are! Or Luka, he is just being the guitar boy or the shoulder for Marinette to cry on ..., like why give those two more depth (II know they are not as important as Adrien but important enough to give them more information or flaws). For the girls a good example is Kagami in Ikari Gozen we got the reason why Kagami is how she is.

@@sm3675 YES, this is actually why I feel that Steven Universe did a great job with its feminism because although Steven is still the MC, he was raised by feminine-presenting beings with actual distinct personalities that helped shape his own. I also think they nailed the "equal parts of a team" dynamic with Connie, the girl, being the sword/attacker and Steven, the boy, being the shield/protector, without making it feel forced. Of course, maybe the show isn't perfect in terms of story progression, but I'd say the characterization is a 10/10.
I'm not exactly trying to promote SU as better by any means, it's more of a "this is what Miraculous could've been if they *had* been balanced enough, in its own way of course"
I actually think Adrien/ Chat Noir is praised more by the fandom than given any flaws. He's basically a Mary Sue at this point since ya know "he can't do no wrong" and "he deserves more credit". He never takes the lead because he actually doesn't enjoy being the centre of attention much, that's how I understand his role. It's just that you see him as someone who deserves the spotlight when it's just a fact that Ladybug is more cleverer than him & he trusts her to be the leader. He's more equal in terms of emotional support which the fandom views as being weak. In the end you guys just end up blinding hating Marinette/ Ladybug for things that she can't control. Only her powers can get things back to normal. He can only destroy, which is bad luck for y'all! Why can't this fandom just give credit where credit is due?

I'm actually planning on writing a rewrite for the show with Adrien being the main character.
A good female character is a GOOD WRITTEN character. A woman who can fight for herself, have her own conflicts, opinions, growth as a person, etc etc etc without having to take away the screen time of a male character or put them down or having the show/game/book constantly telling you that she, the female, is better than the male. A good duo of female and male that i think on the top of my head are 2B and 9S from NieR: Automata or (a better example even) Kainé and Nier from NieR: Replicant, BOTH THESE CHARACTERS ARE WELL WRITTEN, HAVING TIME FOR THEM BOTH TO DEVELOP THEIR OWN NARRATIVES AND CONFLICTS WITHOUT TAKING SCREEN TIME FROM ONE ANOTHER.

Nope sorry I agree with you completely besides the part about marionette being a good protagonist, I’ll give her the okay but she is shown to be such a creepy, untrustworthy and disloyal person when it comes to a guy. She treats Chat like shit and tikki, she abandons her friends to break into a guys house and she memorized Adriens schedule and tried to ruin any friendship or relationship he may have with other female characters while Adrien just always wanted to have friends and feel normal. She’s supposed to be a role model for young girls? It would make sense if she faced repercussions for the things she does but she really never does and when she does she’s forgiven like immediately. Being a good fighter and nice design doesn’t make you a good protagonist.
Adrien should have 100% been the main character, the serious could have just be called “Miraculous” or “Miraculous Chat” and we would’ve gotten such a great story, with adrien as the focus I wouldn’t hate the protagonist and if you don’t change the marionette plot lines with the way she fights and how she handled things we could’ve had a plot that focuses on BOTH characters giving them equal screen time and equal story.
Better yet simply calling it “Miraculous” could suggest there wasn’t only one protagonist and just the two of them as a team, all we have going for marionettes problems are “Oh boohoo the boy I stalk doesn’t love me” and “Boohoo I have to hide who I really” but hello? Adrien goes through the same but but with WAY MORE struggles.
It absolutely infuriates the missed potential for this story and characters, I really hope they fix this soon, I wanna love this show.
Hell even Chloe has shown she goes through so much crap in her personal life and could have been taught to be more responsible with her miraculous but no Thomas hate boner for her ruined her writing just like Chat’s. Don’t get me wrong Vesperia is fine but “Buzz off” was literally made to be said by such a sassy and pampered queen bee, it fit to well to be give away to Zoe just because of Thomas. @@ShinoriDelfrim Yup.I've said that before too.If the show's director and/or writers weren't going to to treat Mari and Adrien as equally as possible from the start narratively/plot/character-wise, then they should've just not had Adrien at all and had Mari be a solo superhero.From the way the show is,they're already one step away from it anyway.When the show''s subtitle is called 'Tales of Ladybug AND Chat Noir' that has certain expectations.Mainly that Mari and Adrien were both going to be treated as protaganists,not that Mari is the protagonist and Adrien is basically a side character.

honestly cataclysm is the ultimate form of bad luck when you realize that entropy and destruction of all things is caused in quantum mechanics by bad luck quantum particles can be yes and no left or zigzag it is random and while there is some predictability that has been achieved in the wider scheme quantum is luck based . Bu back to your earlier statement honestly the miraculous cure shouldn't just be ladybugs power it should be a shared ability which is why i think that they always have to be activated together cause the Cure destroys the damage done removes the causality of injury and death while creation rebuilds what was lost breathe life back into the lifeless and heals injury done. though i could see black cat healing as well but in a more destructive way after all cauterizing is a method of healing
Fun fact, Cataclysm actually can do that, we saw it in Animan when he messed a bus instead of destroying it and in the episode where they exchanged the miraculous when Marinette tried to use it in a sentimonster, the writers just decided to ignore that he could do that because then he could defeat most enemies by himself with little effort, taking away the spotlight.
Another way they could've done it is have it that the two Miraculous they have are only at their strongest when they combine their powers. As in, have it so they can use combo attacks(which is something they would need to train to be able to pull off). In addition,they could've also had it that the powers they got at the start aren't the only ones and that if they train enough over time they can find creative uses of their powers unlocking new techniques.These tropes are common in shonen and in a show like Miraculous that supposed to have a lot of superhero action,I don't see why it couldn't work there.
Tikki and Plagg could handle training in Miraculous magic,while Fu could train them in the responsibilities of being a hero and physical combat.Which would give all three of these characters more of a purpose than they do in canon.
The purification ability shouldn't be something only Marinette is able to use,so I have 2 ideas for that. For the first idea,I feel that since the Black Cats powers are focused on Destruction as well as being the equal of the Ladybug,Chat should be able to purify akuma too.The other idea,which I like more,is have the purification ability be the result of the two combining their Miraculous magic to a higher level.This is something that should take a good amount of control and trust in each other.This is supposed to be a show about a superhero DUO,so why is it that none of their attacks emphasize that?

I think I figured out the REAL reason why Felix was scrapped from the show
He would literally end the show in one season. Seriously, in 3 (soon to be 4) episodes he pretty much moves the plot forward every time he's onscreen.
Where were you a few months ago. A few I propose the idea of adrien being the better main charater and it didn't go over so well. The story is more based around adrien than marinette but the story actively kicks out adrien and pulls marinette in.

Yeah, Adrien barely got screentime in season 4, he was practically replaced by rena furtive. Yet he's the best character in the show. He has such an eventful life and backstory with a villainous father, had to stay home his life, and with his mother in a coma in his basement without him ever knowing. He's so fascinating and interesting... Marinette's life is just simple and basic, not very eventful, so it becomes boring.
Reasons I hate Marinette:
1) She stalks Adrien
2) She steals (she stole adriens phone in copycat)
3) She breaks into houses for her own gain (in chat blanc)
4) In puppeteer 2, she took a hair from adriens head and put it into her purse- I-
5) She has Adrien's schedule on her wall (she knows what he does everyday as adrien, its creepy)
6) She does way more creepy things. She legit smelled Adriens pillow and laid on his bed and snuck around his room (in chat blanc)
7) Not to mention she uses her miraculous for her needs and personal stuff at times just for her own gain, in Chat Blanc for example.
Yet the entire fandom normalizes the things she does and hates Adrien for doing just one thing; all he does is call Marinette a friend. smh people nowadays its gotten too far. Plus, she gives out miraculous like candy. People say she truly loves Adrien for himself, but shes an obsess girl. She also likes Adrien for his perfection and perfect side, like all other girls that simp for him. When Adrien is his true self (as Chat Noir), Marinette/Ladybug sees him as a pig, he she doesn't love him for his true self. Period.

Watching this video made me realise that Marinette is a yandere. She has the characteristics of one! The pictures of their crush all over their room, them knowing where they are every minute of the day, getting jealous very easily and doing their best to get rid of (or eliminate) anybody that gets close to their crush and them constantly thinking that their crush is theirs when they don't even know them that well or don't have the same feelings for the them. I actually think the last thing that Marinette needs to do know is kidnap Adrien and then she'll be a full fledged yandere.

I totally agree with this video: adrien's perspective would really add something new to the serie and despite being through a lot himself we never see him deal with his trauma (see for example the episode where he turned into aspic and saw ladybug die countless times) ,contrary to marinette, but it could really add to the serie as a whole
Let's all be honest with ourselves: the reason why Adrien isn't the main protagonist is because then there would be no way to make the show for kids. Which is sad.

marinette has got it too good, she lives a happy life with her parents in a bakery des[ite being socially awkward and in love with the model adrien agreste. BUT andiren is chat noir and marinette is ladybug. chat noire isnt a side kick but a partner. Why is it that ladybug must be the holder of the miaculouses? they were both given miraculous on the same day for the same reason, so why does LADYBUG get it all? like knowing almost everyone's identity besides chat noir on the team. getting to chose who's on their team. At this point i really just dislike the show bc marinette is the main character now. I liked it before, when they were partners. cat noir and ladybug against the world. :( i just hate how adrien/ chat noir isnt able to try new miraculouses and give new ones out. although nothing will probaby ever change and marinette will ultimately be superior to cat noir i like to think of cat noir as someone who deserves the spotlight.

Marinette has always been at the forefront of the show. Since season 1. Adrien comes right after.
Ladybug is the guardian because Master fu made it so, between Marinette & Adrien who do you think would have more time to spare to learn about the miraculous?
Adrien is always on a constant tight schedule and is only free for the little time that he's Cat Noir or recreational purposes. Master Fu had to lie his way into Adrien's home to give him the miraculous power ups. You know Gabriel isn't an easy man.
Fu knows & trusts Mari very well, that's why she is guardian.
Now it's up to Mari to tell him the secrets of the miraculous, but where would they discuss such things? Especially under the constant watch of Shadowmoth and she can't take him to her house either.

Thomas Astruc knows that he did a better job developing chloe than marinette and since the protagonist is his favourite he decided to throw away the very well done development of chloe so marinette could still have all the reflectors and same with adrien. It's the only logical reason I found

Honestly, a lot of the poor writing just stems from Thomas’s personal…..interests. Particularly with Asian(fetishization)
Like the whole “mysterious Chinese magic” thing sounds good to him, when in reality it’s just a very superficial and westernized take on Chinese culture. I think that’s why a lot of the White characters in this show seem to have a better grasp of Chinese culture and language than uh, Yknow, the main protagonist who is of Chinese heritage
And that’s mainly why the characters’ development suffers. I’m convinced Adrien is also another one of Thomas’s self-inserts where it’s seen as a good thing to have all these Asian girls chase over this White boy. It’s also good Adrien as Chat Noir never gives up on his advances cuz he’s a nice boy right? He shouldn’t respect his crush’s wishes and remain friends, she’ll come around eventually. If Thomas can so boldly base a married couple of himself and his EX, I’m convinced he was very pushy in the relationship

The problem isn't with Marinette. The problem is with how the writers use their screen time. Adrien isn't given much narrative and so, Marinette has to fill up in his absence, which is why I think people don't like her a lot.

Adrien would've been a better protagonist because: He is more interesting.
He is fighting against his own father. The tension. It's not only because Adrien has a much more sadder life that Marinette (I'm not saying Marinette's life is easy) but also because it can get the viewers more interested and feel, um, excited? Like mostly people are waiting for the reveal but ALMOST no one thought about Adrien's fight against his father. Because we are seeing Marinette's perspective. We are seeing her get heartbroken as Adrien friendzones her (tbh I am sort of relieved he does becoz who da faq stalks their crush? Especially a 14 - 16 year old) but some of the fandom don't care about what Adrien is facing. Now the fandom (not the whole fandom) is waking up to Adrien's problems as the series progresses.
True, Marinette is learning her mistakes, but mostly because of TIKKI. (I'm not saying always because of tikki, but most of the times)
Tikki always gives Marinette advice and that's how Marinette learns her mistake. A true learning happens when someone experiences it completely (according to me). For example, Chloe learnt in episode Queen Wasp- (ok I don't remember what she learnt) learnt something from one whole episode! (but then thomas decided to hate chloe, jeez, he's favouritizing his characters like they are 'REAL')
Marinette on the other hand- learns from tikki in just a few seconds. And she never gets the consequences. Instead, she gets a REWARD. A REWARD! Like in the episode Copycat, she stole Adrien's phone because she thought that she would go to jail and Adrien would hate her and then as she put the phone in Adrien's bag without confessing that she stole the phone, she gets a reward to go to the movies with Adrien and Alya and Nino. (Seriously, Adrien and Mari could've talked it out if Mari didn't delete the message!) She committed a crime (she committed a crime many times, like the time in Oni-chan, she tried to get up to Adrien's house by climbing the wall, becoz Lila went with Adrien, and then the firefighter helped her later. Like wtf!?) Whereas Adrien, faced the consequences. For example, in the episode Volpina, he stole Gabriel's book, and then got grounded because of it.
Marinette also can sometimes come off rude. Just saying-

It’s been three years since this video was made and it STILL stands true. With the end of season 5, Amelie is back as well as Natalie, plus the fact that Felix, Kagami, and Marinette now also know that Adrien is a (implied) sentimonster and he doesn’t know himself. With amount of power of the Family rings that gave him, and he doesn’t even know it! Someone HAS to tell him and this will hopefully give him more depth and screentime
Thank god finally someone I can stand behind! in my mind, Adrien should have been the protagonist.1 imaging how someone would react if they found out their parent the person they trust(Adrien so oblivious)is a villain.2 I find it crazy that Marinette is supposed to be this normal girl when she is constantly around famous people, Adrien would fit this so much better. A famous boy with a famous dad would obviously be around famous people as well as many others things. Chloe should have been his love interest instead(before yall Adrienette fans come for me hear me out)1 Marinette is a creepy obsessed fan. She doesn't really treat him like an actual person, more like how some crazy fans treat the idol they love (also she broke into his house, stalks him, and don't get me started on the mannequin episode 0~o if this doesn't scream crazy fan I don't know what does. ) 2 With the fact that both of them have a past history with each other could have been nice to see him a Chloe rebuild their relationship. I imagined it as Chloe comes back to town and acts all mean and stuff making Adrien feel like he doesn't know her anymore, making him not only have to relearn stuff about her but also him creating a new relationship with her, and the same thing goes for Chloe.
I agree we need more content of Adrien being the center of the story for a little bit. Narratively, MOST IF NOT ALL OF MIRACULOUS'S STORY IS HAPPENING BECAUSE OF HIS DAD TRYING TO SAVE HIS MOM!!! And we know next to nothing about Adrien or the Agreste Family, for that matter. We don't know why Gabriel and Emilie were in Tibet, where they found the miraculous Nuroo and Dusuu; we don't know what compelled them to use the miraculouses in the first place. We don't know anything about why Emilie is the love of his life that Gabriel is willing to burn the world down for her - before they turned him into a generic "I want power" villain. (Side note: My current head cannon is that Emilie is built to be this perfect person only to be really horrible and controlling. I know it is cliche, but there is not much about her, so I am going for it till otherwise). Heck, there is so much discourse now because we do not know much about Adrien to determine if he is actually human because of the Senti- monster discussion since we barely get time to see how he feels about his past or family memories and just that he is upset all the time at home.
Now, this is not to knock Adrien. I love this precious cinnamon roll, but I think we need more time for us as an audience that is supposed to care about the characters - like Marinette - and her relationship with Adrien; we need to see what makes Adrien a great person - or determine if he even is a person. And the excuse of "Oh, he is a nice guy with little flaws because he is that perfect" makes it harder for people to stay interested in the romance for long. Let alone long enough to keep the "Will they Won't they" trope going if there are not more scenes showing both sides of the relationship coming to that moment of "I might like this person" naturally and having time for the show to explore it.
Sorry for the rant, but I have been battling my feelings for Miraculous for a while. And this helped a lot. Good video as well!

Even if one of the seasons was seen through Adrien's eyes only, and the other 6 through Marinette's eyes, it would bring forth far more to the table, to expand on the storytelling.

And then Chat Blanc happened. Which I like the episode. In a vacuum. But it literally destroyed Gabriel's character and makes moving the series forward towards this inevitable relationship super sus. Like contrivance is our only option.

I agree. Adrien is legit set up in every way to be the Main Protagonist. If the Writers had wanted Marinette to fill that role instead, they should have given her some deeper connection to Master Fu or they should have background-swapped her and Adrien.
When I think about Thomas writing the show I think about him sitting in his desk drinking thinking about how his life sucks so much and how he wished that he can just figure out what everyone else is up to and then boom that creates Marinette the stalker the person who gets more screen time than everybody else in the show and I think he might have a crush on his own character because there's no way he loves Marinette that character so much to the point where he does not give a crap about any other character
I would also love to see episodes from Adrien's point of view because the Agreste family drama is way more interesting and crucial to the plot, but because of those exact same reasons, we won't get as much of it because of the drawn out pace they are taking the show. They want us to feel bad for Adrien that's literally half of the show's purpose.

I thought Felix would have the same backstory as Adrien (cuz it seemed like he would) but instead of being a kind guy he would actually display elements of trauma and his black cat persona would allow him to express emotions & be free in ways he wouldn’t be allowed to in real life.
That split is what actually made me interested in the show to begin with. So when they dropped Felix, I wasn’t too into the series a whole afterwards

Just writing down an idea before I lose it. Wouldn’t it be cool if Chloe’s arc was done well so we got to see a rift in Mari and Adrian’s relationship from Chloe and Adrian becoming close again. Marinette might think Adrian likes Chloe or is at least becoming more distant from her.
This could go many ways.
Marinette could get jealous like she did with Lila and yell at Chloe, turning the team against her and making Chloe question her position and value to those on the team and those around her. Maybe even get akumitized.
Marinette could get uncomfortable around Chloe and start avoiding times with her friends when Chloe and Adrian are together, or avoid calling her when they need her help as Ladybug, jeopardizing their mission.
Or one of my favorite possibilities. Marinette begins talking to Chat about this “mystery boy” that Matu feels is sooo unobtainable, making her and Chat friends or more, maybe even reversing the love square! 🤩

I 100% agree that Adrien should be the main protagonist of the cartoon. And we did already have an anime based off Marinette. BUT- Imagine this being a 2 series all because Adrien CAN'T do anything during the "Fill In" episodes/times where they do absolutely nothing and make no plot.

Whenever chat makes a mistake she always has to make him feel bad about it for example in the ny special she blamed chat for being in New York when he didn't even know know he was going to be there and along the lines of "I don't even know if I can trust you!" When it isn't his fault he couldn't press the button because it's for emergencies and she could've de transformed by now so there was no other way in telling her he really didn't want to let her down and make her not trust him he just wanted to be appreciated for once since he barely gets well treated in his home knowing he cant go anywhere with out his bodyguard and he never spends time with his dad although marinette is the guardian she should'nt be acting as if her life is so much harder I mean it is quite hard for a teenager but adriens life he had been isolated in his home,never made other friends (other than chloe),has his mother in a coma,doesn't spend time with his dad,lost a relationship with his kagami,is never allowed to go anywhere with out his bodyguard and models basically everyday,gets emotionally abused by his father and formal superhero partner

I would’ve liked to see Gabriel decent into madness as the series went on. Starting the series being caring to what he still has and ending it felling Adrian, and Nathalie, and everyone who still cares about him is only i. The way of his goal to bring back Emile.
Literally all the characters need development
They all have perfect base personalities, hence why they were fine in like the first few episodes featuring them in the first season. After that? You need to actually develop them. And Thomas is just stuck
Chloe probably had the most dramatic change, but I guess Thomas has some vendetta against her so he made her completely revert back and replace her with a random step sibling, which we don’t really hear how that makes anyone feel.
Adrien is meh, like Marinette. They’re core personalities are just “try to woo the one I love” and just not bothering to check their own creepy behaviors on the matter. And it’s weird because they seesaw on this idea that they move on, but they don’t. And the thing is, they don’t really like each other’s different personalities.
We are on season 4 I think? Adrien doesn’t show having a hint of a crush on Marinette and Ladybug is the same with Chat Noir? Wouldn’t it make sense to have them be intrigued with their alter egos? Sure their friends, but they make it clear they aren’t attracted to each other. Just the idolized versions. Which is fine in the beginning, but this many seasons in? There needs to be something different
As for the other characters? Honestly they aren’t heard of until the plot needs them(and even then, they might be forgotten).
Now would Adrien make a better MC? Honestly, no. The angst and drama in his story is just typical for any lancer character, which is what Adrien is.
