is there any replacement for the wires for the back support?
Not easily, and I'm not sure of anywhere you can buy the wires either - they are pretty specific in their shape and how the ends attach. We may have a replacement back we could sell you if you're interested though. If so, reach out to us at contact at crandalloffice.com
I'm not sure what gauge the wire is, like how thick it is, but it says in a manual I found online on how to recycle it that it's steel and it appears that the ends of the wire appear to be crimped in a hook like fashion. You can get like a bundle of 30 wires on amazon for like 12 bucks. Even if you tried every wire out there on amazon it would probably cost less than buying an entire back... HOW DOES A PRODUCT THAT WON A WORLD HERITAGE SUSTAINABILITY AWARD OR WHATEVER DA HECK NEED AN ENTIRE BACK REPLACEMENT FOR A BROKEN OR "BENT" WIRE.... BTW I have two of them wires that look off but when you sit in it , they bend fine, I doubt that these need to be bent specifically and is probably just a thing that happens over time-I've seen a bunch of pictures of these think chairs-some with straight wires, some with thick bands, some with seemingly sagging wires near the bottom of the back some with wires that seemed to be pushed around by the optional lumbar support. Anyways, I dont think it has an affect on how it performs. That's my rant on the think chair v1... bout 2 make my own youtube channel reviewing these damn chairs.
Can I put the cushions in the washing machine?
No We do not recommend that
Is there any way to disassemble the wheels to remove hair that accumulates on the inside?
Most of the casters do not come apart without breaking them, unfortunately.

Where can I purchase a new cushion for my think?
Do you need a full seat replacement or just new upholstery?

edit: the pad that was replaced in the video if I cant purchase the cushion by itself
@@AerousLoL We sell new upholstery but do not have a way to replace the actual foam cushion material at this time.
