Dave Matthews was my first concert it was my reward for graduating out of the group home I was in and it was an amazing experience I was 14 years old the guy in front of us in the nosebleed section was smoking a joint it got me high as hell my step dad kept complaining like a little b**** but I was so enthralled

I think it's because they have a live album where they toured several places in Europe in 2009. That is why the title is left like that. I do not know where this performance took place.

I don’t think it's a mistake. He doesn’t play the root note of the chord, so that it adds dissonance and tension. The note played is in key of the song.
