      کیا یہ دین اسلام اور مقدسات کی توہین نہیں ہے ؟؟؟
      پتہ ہے یہاں طاڑق جمیل ، گھمن انڈکمپنی اور عدنان پٹاکا کھیل کیوں نہیں بول رہے ؟ سارے محکمے کو چپ سادھ گئی ہے!!!
      اس لیے کہ سارے خود گانڈو ہیں اور جو گانڈو ہوتا ہے وہ کانا ہو تا ہے اور جو کانا ہوتا وہ کبھی نہیں بولنے کا ۔
      وقت آگیا ہے کہ ان مولویوں کی داڑھیاں نوچ لی جائیں اور ان کے تقدس کا بھانڈا پھوڑ دیا جائے!!!

    I started running when I was 33 yrs and used to run for 20 min. Now at 40 yrs, I can run for 20 km non-stop in a terrain which goes uphill at several points. All you need is to go out and the rest will happen itself. I run in winter (-10oC) and in summer. It will take time if you are a beginner but most important is to feel good whatever activity you do. Start with 5 min. Start with just getting out. It is so much fun and you will realize what you were missing. Stay healthy, fit and blessed. It's important for both grils, boys and everyone!! All the best.

    Salam Iqrar Hassan, wonderful speech. I want to add one more thing that if we follow this formula our health will be more better Inshallah. 70% Protein, 25% Natural oil & pure ghee, like olive oil, and 5% carbohydrate with 40-min exercise. Thanks for your advise.

    I stopped driving to job, and started walking instead. Feel so good and lot of good results i got. Less sugar but only at weekends , and don't eat late dinners is the key role in weight loss process 😊 👍🏼
