Wizard World Chicago Saturday Costume Contest 2013 - Transformers Optimus Prime Cosplay

His costume got the best reception in the hall! Both during the show and when all the cosplayers were gathered outside! He was great!

no worries....It took about 2 weeks worth to make. The hardest part was making it possible for my son to transform without the box lifting up and hitting his face.It takes a bit of trial and error, but its fun to do. If you are planning on making one, I would start with making the truck out first, then work backwards making the adjustments as necessary. It's a great project, that my son and I enjoyed making.
