This is a video of my son's Transformable Optimus Prime Cosplay at the Wizard World Chicago Comic Con Costume Contest on Saturday August 10, 2013.
no worries....It took about 2 weeks worth to make. The hardest part was making it possible for my son to transform without the box lifting up and hitting his face.It takes a bit of trial and error, but its fun to do. If you are planning on making one, I would start with making the truck out first, then work backwards making the adjustments as necessary. It's a great project, that my son and I enjoyed making.

His costume got the best reception in the hall! Both during the show and when all the cosplayers were gathered outside! He was great!
