  • Baked salmon with mustard dill sauce is a fool proof way to cook this popular fish. Whole grain mustard, fresh dill, real butter and sliced lemon are the secret behind this delicious meal.
    === 🍽🍸🥩 RECIPE ===
    2 pounds (900 g) salmon
    6 ounces (170 g) unsalted butter
    3 tablespoons (65 g) whole grain mustard
    4 tablespoons (10 g) fresh dill, chopped
    Lemon slices
    Salt and pepper
    Preheat your oven to 450 F (230 c)
    Place the salmon on a sheet pan lined with parchment and cook for 15 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan, melt the butter. Remove from the heat and add the dill and mustard. Mix well to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Remove the salmon from the oven and baste with the mustard sauce. Add thinly sliced lemons over the top of the sauce.
    Return to the oven for a further 5 to 10 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145 F (65 c)
    Serve with lemon wedges.

    Salmon is one of the easiest fish to cook. As a blank canvas it can take on a lot of flavors. My mustard and dill sauce is simple to make and in less than 20 minutes you can have a healthy meal that tastes great. What would you put on your salmon?

    You put so much into your videos and the effort really shows in how excellent your show is to watch. Great kitchen, gorgeous looking food, nice lighting, fabulous editing, and your presentation and camera presence is awesome. Very well done!

      Thank you so much. Coming from someone that understands what it takes to edit an episode, it is appreciated. BTW, would love you help you with your streaming journey, rather than dealing with software, an low cost ATEM hardware switcher can get you back to 2 cameras and hardware live encoding, so no streamyard, etc. 🍸🍸

    I made this the other day, of course I changed it up a bit. Less dill, more mustard and I used old world butter, salted from Land O Lakes.
