I used to dabble a little in U.S. fighter aircraft model building when I was young - the McDonald Douglas F-15, and Lockheed Martin SR-71, F-117, F-22, etcetera are the Koenigsegg' of my world. Maybe you could lay them out again sometime and take us through a tour of technological feature comparisons - a review of the engineering technologies would be really cool to review so we could see up front as they are reviewed and related to...

And also, how much difference would you say there is between the more/less expensive model cars? I don't own any, but would like to get a few 1:18 models although the prices differ greatly. Is one from autoart really that much better than say maisto?

Nice collection. Definitely like the diecast versus resin because I like seeing the engine bay and such. Have about 250 1/18. Best one I have is an AutoArt Bugatti Veyron WRC Limited Edition 1 of a 1000. Excellent build.
