Fun fact - Earlier India had two 100,000+ capacity stadiums and both were situated in Kolkata - Eden Gardens and Salt Lake Stadium... Currently their capacity is reduced unfortunately but their history is crazy...Most of the football/cricket legends played in these stadium and they hosted the best cricket and football rivalry in Asia for decades

Eden Gardens is the oldest cricket stadium in India , it's the home of cricket in the east,it's pretty historic and yes it's goated, before narendra modi stadium it had the most capacity and now it's 2nd biggest stadium, It has a lot of heritage just like LORDS, cricket started in the indian subcontinent from eden and it has hosted biggest games of world cups too..and when it's full the crowd goes crazy the atmosphere is the best
