I agree those retro classics never go out of date. Not Newcastle fan but that old school shirt looks phenomenal especially without the sponsor. As Arsenal fan I hope we get 1 in same style but in our home colours too. And prefer classic crest or Canon. Those training originals look cool too. I just purchased same with Germany and Italy with same template too

Highly disagree with the 2/10 to the Bahia one. It is a very subtle design that makes it very elegant. The colors reflect not only the club but flag of the Bahia State. Also, you can’t see the manufacturer because it is actually the own club who does it. Last, that is the away kit and not the home kit.

2 videos in, I can tell that you have a really basic bitch taste in jersey. Johor’s away kit is boring af, no philosophy value whatsoever🤮 I don’t blame you though, since most European club jerseys produced by the big three (Adidas/Nike/Puma) are pretty basic and no story telling\heritage value whatsoever in their kit. So you tend to apply the same metrics in judging Malaysia Super League kits 👎🏽

The away kits in Brazil are generally white because a lot of times, in the early 1920s, the light systems of the stadiums weren't that great. So one team played with a dark shirt and the other with a white one, and it was easier to identify

I almost agree to every single rating but I have to disagree on 2 jerseys.. 1) Troncos F.C. I think 10/10 it is too much 😂 for me it looks too chaotic and no more than 6/10... And 2) Porcinos F.C. I think that one it is a perfect 10/10 plus they are the only club with big balls to rock a pink color 😜😜😜.. nice video tho congrats

The V-neck on the replica shirt does connect, it's more loose on the player shirt because they anticipate the shirts being tugged, so it's less strain on the neck.

That first kit was pretty sick. Too bad they won’t be able to wear them in Europe! Hahahaha

In the São Paulo shirt, it's not that New Balance put the crest in the middle,. this is the classic Sao Paulo design. In fact, it is written in the club's statute exactly where the crest should be, the proportions of the stripes, the position of the letters, etc. And it goes the same for the away kit. When I was younger I used to think that was kind of "stiff", that the team could benefit from alternative designs and all, but now I grew to enjoy it, like, the way the shirt itself is a symbol of the club/fans much like the crest and the colours (sponsors can only change the neck, the sleeves, numbers, etc).

Fluminense's away shirt design is derived from history: the team used that shirt during 1907-08, when most teams still imported their kits. In Fluminense's case, the club imported from England. Maybe one cannot see it well, since the zoom doesn't keep the quality of the image, but the stripes are textured: granular details, like sand, a reference to a fan song (stating that Rio is the city of samba, beaches and Carnaval). The rest of the shirt, on the white part, also has some images on them, but a simpler version when compared to Fortaleza's shirt, which has their stadium, the crest... The Betano chopping of the stripes really piss me off, though. I would also give a 7/10 just for that.
