What is a price range for what you spent on most of these? By item or by the day, I'm planning on keeping my budget to 45 dollars foodwise

I probably spent less than $20 at each place. I think $45 is plenty for one person for a day, though there are some fancier sit down places that you could spend $45 for one meal.
