      Don't need any water for a short workout. It might trigger vomiting in a harder effort workout

      Water makes you heavier, heavier is slower, distance runners should not drink water

      soap's alt are you serious I’m a distance runner in middle school should I really not drink water at all before my race does it make me slower?

      Hi You he is mostly joking, but you should drink water with small sips leading up to your actual race. Not drinking any water before running will give you horrible cramps (I know from experience) and chugging water could make you vomit while running due to the amount of sloshing in your stomach. So all you need to do is drink a good amount of water in small sips leading up to your race.

    Dang!!!! He runs a 500 in 1:10!?!?! I was a freshman in high school last year and I ran a 1:25 and I thought that was fast!

      I think he was doing it to get water, by leaving it upstairs, it forces him to jog around a little between reps and get some of the lactic acid out of his legs, just a thought tho.

      Victor Rdz distance runners don't need to focus on muscles as much as a sprinter would need to. If anything he just needs to do push-ups to work his core

Its funny how alot of meathead gym rats call themselves “fit” and “athletes “ lol when they cant even run 3km without even stopping haha. Fat pieces of shit. Literally you could grab a 250pound fat fuck off the street and he could deadlift bench and squat some heavy ass weight, but does that make him fit? lol. Lifting weights doesnt = fitness and does not automatically make you an athlete.
