You have to be human (reverse hollowing) and the kindle the bonfire to perma increase the Estus you get when you rest there from 5-10-15-20 with each level. The max is achieved with the Rite of Kindling you got from the hardest boss, Pinwheel.

the strat always use in four kings is to equip havels set ring etc also may best shield and sword and tank the dmg, trade hits and go through them as fast as possible....it worked every time

What level are you? What times are good for you tomorrow? I can at least get you past the runback without healing spent.
Funny enough I did the exact same build silver knight armor but elite knight helm silver knight sword+5 silver knight shield for a pure silver knight build and beat the game
