Somehow I managed to pull 3 jinglius within roughly 180 pulls with zero pity and win on the lightcone also, but didn't get a single Tingyun who is still sitting at E2.
I really like tenha's summon video so entertaining and no stalling😄
I was actually also pulling for her - but I had a 50 50 to win. So I grind the shit out of this game, single pull until I'm in pity region, see a ticket do the rainbow-thingumajig- and see the catsle-destruction-symbol-thingie. Words cannot describe how little I want to build clara.

If you are planning to pull for future characters, you should not go for E1. But if you are going to skip future banners than you can go for E1.
I wouldnt reccomend to do that since there are strong harmony chars coming
