Hardtails the best i realised some times when i do some street riding how i wish for rear suspension to stop bucking forward on a xl frame but you gotta just hold on just build up a 2017 vitus sentier 29vr and my god with fox rhythm 34 150mm travel with 51mm offset from 46mm made the bike better feels like a longtail enduro the way it tackles terrain is unreal i didnt think id make hordcore hardtail fit me

What gear ratios do you all run on your DJ's. Mines 32-11 but it's a slog to get going around skateparks
Just by looking at the ground it's a bit moist making it difficult for you to do the trick but great respect be careful

I wonder, am I the only one that sees Tom's crashes as somehow less intense than a run of the mill trail crash? Somehow when a "stunt" based rider crashes its always fun and games, but if I'm going 10 mph on a flat dirt trail and crash its for sure ER time? I have no idea how to explain this better than, "Why famous people no get hurt when fall?"
Knowing how to fall/crash is pretty big. Knowing how to roll away helped me when I overjumped this one time. I'm also assuming that since they crashed "safely" for years, it allowed them to get to this level of riding without hitting a career ending crash. So it goes hand in hand, knowing how to fall and general skill on a bike.
