Pretty unconscionable and it comes down to money. More heads can be trained in group setting if you ignore their technique and foster an attitude of "push through the pain" Shit coaching really.

Impressive but i thought the goal wasn't to sink in at the bottom but rather to "hold" the squat pose in the bottom so that tension is high in the legs. Like the hold should be harder than the ascend.
Ofc it is. A moving body is a health body. Squatting is very natural. We unlearn it because we invented chairs but there are many examples of people sitting squatted for hours. Kids also naturally get into a squat instead of sitting when they go to the floor.
As a matter of fact, every one of them already did. Half needed knee replacements, the other half hip replacements. Thank god they signed those waivers!
