I’m missing some context for this clip, but if this is Amber’s side trying to prove that she has been defamed by Johnny, then there’s just one problem. Amber did all of this to herself.
Amber's team called this witness to testify that the usage of certain negative hashtags had increased on social media following negative public comments about her made by Depp's lawyer at the time. This opened the door for Johnny's lawyer to read those hashtags to the jury and essentially inform them that millions of people were tweeting about "Justice for Johnny" and "Amber Turd".
It's entirely possible that Amber's lawyers are Team Johnny at this point...
This is part of Amber's counter claim for 100mil that Johnny Depp (via Adam Waldman) was responsible for the hoax claims in the Daily Mail, and that that resulted in reputational harm due to the negative social media coverage and reporting by people on the internet. She's trying to convince the jury that they are false. The problem is that in trying to prove that she's not helping her defense, with both this and the Adam Waldman deposition.
