    Ingredients
    Upper Layer;
    350ml coconut milk
    (250ml coconut milk+ 100 ml water)
    60g rice flour
    40g tapioca starch
    1/2 tsp salt
    a knot of pandan leaf
    Bottom Layer;
    500g grated tapioca
    170ml coconut milk
    150g palm sugar (gula Melaka)
    25g tapioca starch
    1/2 tsp salt
    pan size: 6x6 inch
    食材料:

    底层;
    500 克磨碎的木薯
    170毫升椰奶
