How to make Uzhunnu Vada /Medhu Vada
Urad dal - 1 Cup ( Heaped )
Water - 1 tsp
Big onion(Finely chopped) - 1 nos
ginger(Finely chopped) - 11/2 tbs
green chillies(Finely chopped) - 2 nos
Curry Leaves(Finely chopped)
Refined oil( For Frying )
Salt ( according to taste )

Small onion - 2 nos
green chillies - 2 nos ( Big )
ginger - 1 Small Square Piece
Water - 1/4 Cup
Refined oil - 1 tbs
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp

Dry red chillies - 3 - 4 nos
