I'm reminded of something RADM Daniel V. Gallery wrote in his book "U-505," about how a great ballet could be choreographed around flight operations on an aircraft carrier ... something like, "The LSO would do a dance that would bring the house down. I've seen him do it again and again, bringing in a plane in rough seas with a lot of movement on the ship...." (LSO? He was writing about World War II....)
