They're just curious, not racist. Anyone who looks different is going to be stared at. Not a big problem.
Filipinos are racist to each other more than anyone else.
I hope it stays like that.. some Filipino teens in my area says the n word as they're a normal thing to say (mostly the "cool kids")

Have faith, things are changing. I'm an asian mom whose kids have no interest in the medical field. One of my kids is studying Interior Design; the other is probably going into a profession in the visual arts. I want them to daydream about what it is they will create and go create it.

Actually, most Filipino kids are encouraged (maybe programmed) to dream big in life to be able to help others. So any profession that is focused on public service/helping others will be the "dream career" like Doctor, Lawyer, Teacher, or President of the country. Some may say "Pilot" which is not really focused on helping the needy or disadvantaged, but their reason would be to be able to bring their parents/family and travel and experience the world. Filipino Kids dream are mainly "others oriented".

Hello. New subscriber here. I just want to say Ghana people are so kind. I just helped a friend of mine in Ghana buy a tile cutting machine so he can start a business. He puts his sister to school and he is really struggling right now so I wanted to help him out. He deserves it. No matter how tough life gets for him he always thanks God. His willpower and positivity is amazing to see. I felt bad because he came to me for help but I don't have a job right now and I'm low on cash, so I couldn't give him much. We figured out a way to send money to him through a friend of his living in America who is also from Ghana. I felt bad because I only gave him $30 and he needed around $100. His friend sent him an extra $20 on top of mine to make it $50! Now he is halfway to his goal! Can you imagine!? They are not even that close but that guy gave him an extra $20. And my friend was able to make a downpayment and buy his machine! I hope the best for his future. Ghana people are something else, so hospitable, so warm, welcoming, friendly and generous!
