The Arabian Bowmen are better 1 to 1. However I don't think this was a particularly great representation. Yeah if you move the Arabian Bowman against 3 stationary Archers they are going to win but another player is going to move their Archers too. Now in the event that the 3 Archers are being moved as well by a player with equal skill. I do _think_ that the Arabian Bowman should still win because they have higher health and fire speed but it would not be as one sided. Also in the initial 3 vs 2 test. The Archers clearly got one or two free shots on the Arabian Bowman. So it wasn't a fair display and the Arabian Bowman probably could have killed 2 of the Archers. There's a lot more that I say in regards to their usage on the ground but I digress. This also doesn't take into account how well the Archers perform against each other while in towers or behind stone walls.

in all tests, the archer started to fire before the Arabian bow. The Arabian archer is even stronger.

Yap. . Because the damage given by the Arabian archer is more painful
