- This developer has a very interesting background. It's own by one of the richest Malaysian who also owns a 5 star hotel chain that is a well known globally. That experience in the hospitality sector is evident in this condo, with certain features such as a sliding door for the bathrooms and floor tiles in the bedrooms that mimic timber flooring.
There's so much space and everything is well spaced out. Density is only 67 units per acre, very low dense! Covering an area of 7acres++, you have many facilities, including a gorgeous pavilion above a pond, where koi's gracefully and harmoniously swim.

Despite being a relatively new apartment, the overall design and material selection are rather old school. Lack of wow factor.
Yeap, agree with you on this. This is also evident in the unit itself, the tiles for the bedroom and also the bathroom design. But to me, the space is the wow factor though. That is so spacious and well spread. You don't get this type of space in new developments nowadays.
The project itself its very good liao la, with such huge scale and the number of units, that's very luxurious tho, ownstay for sure very nice haha. Only complain might be, this is not a very ideal location.
For those who want a slow pace of life, location is perfect. Surroundings all calm and quiet. No nearby high-rise too.
When review megah rise residence?
For now, it's not under my immediate list. Nevertheless, if there is a good opportunity, will review it.
Just opposite my condo. The design really looks old.
Yeah, very old school design. Surprising since it's a modern day condo that just VP-ed not too long ago. Holding on too much to their hospitality experience.
Agreed
Tis place best if want to live a slow and relax life....tiap2 hari lepak, chill je....
That's the vibe tis place has.
It does have that 90s look and feel about it. Not entirely a bad thing as I dont think this unit is really catered towards youngsters. What's the price point and your comment on its relative value?
Yeah, not the most modern of touches and design language. I see myself having such a place for a weekend/getaway home. Price starts from just under RM500psqft for this layout, with a nett price of RM675k.
Fair value in my opinion.
@@JackChang27 ok value. Any more than that then it’s not a good buy. They do have some interesting design ideas here and there.
Yeap, agreed. Its fair value, just nice.
But one thing, this type of property with its generous space, will likely appreciate along time.
No balcony. Thats bad.
A deal breaker? To me, unless the balcony is really big and spacious, where one can fit in a small coffee table and chairs, I would prefer to do without the balcony. Most balcony that I've seen (in a normal size unit), the balcony is miserable.
To me, an acceptable balcony would be like the one at Alstonia @ Sg Long. That balcony there is really gorgeous. Here's the video:
