How to Make High Quality Smoke, Fog, Haze Fluid

- Ever wondered what makes High Quality Smoke, Fog, Haze Fluid? Here is how to make your own fluid.
3 x Glycerin B. O ( Glycerol ) 200ml each
1 x 2.5 Litre DE-IONISED Water
Mix Together to make High Density (thick) Smoke Fluid ( Always Shake the fluid well before use)
For Haze fluid or thinner smoke density reduce the Glycerin ( Haze =1 x Glycerin per 2.5 Litre Water, Thinner Smoke = 2 x Glycerin per 2.5 Litre Water)
ALWAYS SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE TO PREVENT BLOCKAGE TO MACHINE.

Worked like a charm for me. I use a base hazer pro. And was in a jam. Went to a local Walmart they had equate glycerin and I threw 3 bottles of water in the jug. Boom. Thick haze

Fog fluid isn't the same as haze fluid. Smart one...
Depends if it’s water or oil based haze
Also if my high end machine makes a loud noise and has a reduced production is it broke or does it need cleaning please I only trust you on here for info on this
It sounds like it's blocked and needs cleaning or the pipes are blocked or worst case it's the pump, it either needs cleaning or its fluffed ( pump is £7 on eBay )

@@jgilly3362 Hi again, usually all you need to do is to try to pull Only the De-ionised water until the flow is back, is your machine constantly making a rattle noise with little or no smoke coming out ? Have you tried putting a sewing needle in the end nozzle where the smoke comes out as it could be as simple as a blocked nozzle. ?
@@DjDizzyWales it makes a loud noise and it pumps alot of smoke out but it's not even half the output and the flow is very unstable it seems blocked but I don't know if it could just be the pump mate

Making fog is one thing, but does it disinfect?
So this is fog fluid...where are the instructions for haze fluid??
Add less Glycol it's as easy as that , just start with 2 small bottles of Glycol per 5 litres of deionised water and if it's not thick enough add half and bottle of Glycol untill your happy with it's density / thickness.

Please reply would be a massive help as I know some fluids bought contains both these only but is pharmaceutical the best it's seems it and says is even used in food to thicken sauces and foods and son on

@@jgillylikesbudsalot7436 sorry for the very late response, I use pharmaceutical products because I was told that they are more distilled and pure, I use Glycol from boots it's in the cough medicine area and I use distilled water from anyone tbh ( Tesco, Halfords, local petrol station )

Every now and then to clean your machine use just distilled water on its own and let the smoke machine pull the water through until the smoke has thinned out, then refill the machine with smoke fluid and pull that through.
⚠️ Main point regardless what smoke fluid or machine used you should always give it a shake before use, this is because glycol over time sinks and water rises and that's why lots of smoke machines die young ⚠️ 😃😃😃

Will do, thinner smoke for a Haze machine I would only put in 2-2.5 bottles of Glycol to 5 litres of water ( thin smoke ), Thick smoke 5 X Glycol to 5 litres of water ( bare in mind the thicker the smoke the thicker the fluid is therefore make sure the fluid has been stirred or mixed before use )

Can we use RO water?
Only if your RO water is 0 ppm. Distilled water is completely free of anything and what I would recommend so you don’t end up with issues like blockage in your haze machine.
