I would love to see poutine come up in America. We have basic cheese cheese fries, with bacon, beef, chives and stuff which is filling and a lot of toppings but poutine has that creativeness that cheese fries don't have.

The gravy is actually particular, and not at all like say souther gravy.
The cheese is actually pretty important as well, you need fresh cheese curd, which can be basically impossible to find if it's not a thing where you live.

@@personontheinternet3867 It would become too liquidity since the blender will make it hot and it wouldn't set in time for serving since it seems like it is warm out. Also it may turn pale green when blended.
She could have used a pair of clean kitchen scissors to cut away the big cilantro leaves..it's very easy to spot since it's green in a sea of white dressing..that's better than throwing the whole batch down the bin & starting all over from scratch..
